We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.  This will allow you to complete any relevant forms prior to your treatment.

Note:  If you are unable to attend your booking, we kindly ask that you call to give 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit us. Those failing to advise of cancellation or missed appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 25%.
